1. The subscription
The Bruder Media Content Engine is offered as a recurring subscription billed at $59 CAD/month. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
2. Free trial & automatic billing
New customers may start a 7-day free trial. A valid payment card is required to begin the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your card will be charged automatically at the end of the 7-day period, and your subscription will continue at $59 CAD/month until cancelled.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your billing portal. When you cancel, your subscription remains active and you keep full access for the remainder of the billing period you have already paid for. Your subscription will not renew after that period ends.
4. No refunds
All payments are final. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods, unused generations, or if you forget to cancel before your trial or renewal date. Because you can cancel anytime and keep access through the period you paid for, please cancel before your renewal date if you do not wish to be charged again.
5. Billing receipts
An invoice/receipt is generated for every successful payment and emailed to the address on your account.
